This treaty has been put forth by the states of Brazil and Peru.
RECOGNIZING that the state of Peru, post a union with Ecuador, has attempted to annex Bolivia and obtain power in the continent of South America,
ATTEMPTING to stop this aggressive expansion resulted in thousands of deaths by militarized means, through the use of machine guns, carpet bombings and artillery batteries,
PLEADING to the United Nations, as well as the more innocent behalf of Peru to stop their actions before they can fester as a prolonged issue to every and all South American individual,
SECURING that Peru can and will contour to the decisions of the La Paz assembly and its enforcers,
HEREBY declares the Treaty of La Paz a tangible political object, put forth to handle the surrender and de-militarization of the state of Peru, as well as the all out cancellation of warfare in South America.
